Ophir Scales is operated by CowboyFX LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Questions: aj@ophirscales.com. These terms describe use of the website and, where relevant, an invited client system. They do not replace a separately accepted service agreement.
Inquiries, prices and service agreements
Viewing a price, emailing us or booking an introduction does not purchase services, authorize an ad budget or create a recurring subscription. Before payment or work begins, the applicable proposal or agreement must identify the service, deliverables, fees, billing schedule, approvals, hosting/support scope, cancellation, refunds and ownership or licensing.
The advertised standalone website offer is $499 upfront and $29.99 per month for the agreed managed hosting, maintenance and small updates, in USD. Pages, features, recurring billing start, included updates and any separately quoted additions are confirmed in the agreement. Domain, hardware, advertising spend and third-party costs must be identified where relevant. No payment or subscription is processed by this public website.
A signed or otherwise validly accepted client agreement controls the purchased service if it conflicts with these general website terms. Website updates do not silently amend an existing client contract.
Authorized accounts and instructions
Use only accounts and systems you are authorized to access. Protect your sign-in methods and report suspected unauthorized access. Only provide files, data and instructions you are entitled to share. Client approvals, budget requests and records do not by themselves confirm that a platform action has been completed.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate someone, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls, access another client’s records or use the website to infringe rights or violate law. Good-faith security reports are welcome at our contact email. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to protect systems, investigate misuse or meet legal obligations.
Content and intellectual property
Original website material belongs to CowboyFX LLC or its licensors. Third-party marks, interfaces and portfolio materials belong to their respective owners. Viewing and sharing public links is permitted. Other uses require permission or another lawful basis. Rights to commissioned client work, source files and licenses are defined in the project agreement; these terms do not transfer them automatically.
Results and third-party platforms
Marketing and business outcomes depend on many factors. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, lead volume, ROAS, ranking or a specific business result. Review the context beside historical examples and our Results & disclosures.
Third parties control their own availability, policies and services. Links do not imply endorsement or partnership. Independent website concepts are examples, not evidence of a client relationship unless expressly identified as such.
AI and sensitive workflows
Where AI or automation is separately agreed, the scope must define approved data, vendor/local hosting, access, human review and permissions before deployment. Generated output can be wrong and must be checked for the intended use. An assistant does not replace a licensed professional. Legal, medical, financial, employment and other regulated workflows require appropriate client oversight and industry-specific terms.
Website availability and legal rights
We aim to keep information accurate and useful, but it can become outdated or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits non-waivable rights or changes an express obligation in a client agreement.
