Send a request
Email aj@ophirscales.com with the subject “Ophir privacy request.” Tell us whether you want access, a correction, deletion, a copy of your information, an outreach opt-out or help with another privacy concern. Include the email address you used with us and enough context to locate the record.
No account or fee is required to send an initial request. Please do not attach identity documents, passwords or sensitive client files.
Verification and review
We may ask for limited additional information to verify identity or an agent’s authority before disclosing or changing records. We assess which laws apply and use the applicable deadlines. Some records must be retained for legal, security or contractual reasons; we will explain a relevant limit.
If you disagree with a decision, reply with “Privacy appeal” and the original request details. We will review it under any applicable appeal requirement and explain available next steps. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Stop business outreach
Reply to the message asking us to stop, or email aj@ophirscales.com with “Do not contact” and the address to suppress. We may keep a minimal suppression record so the address is not contacted again. A marketing opt-out does not prevent necessary messages about an existing contract or a request you initiated.
Sale, sharing and browser signals
The public website currently has no sale/share or targeted-advertising feature requiring an advertising-preference switch. See our tracking notice and Privacy policy. Contact us about a particular engagement or integration rather than assuming all client systems use the same configuration.
