AI for your business.Cloud or local. Built around you.

Choose a cloud AI workspace in your own business account or a private AI system on your office hardware. We configure your AI around approved documents and useful workflows, then help your team put it to work.

Talk about your project

Ophir Business AI — cloud-connected

A practical starting point for a team that wants a cloud AI workspace. We organize your approved knowledge library, configure custom instructions and reusable templates, and set up two agreed workflows. Those might help staff summarize documents, prepare intake information, draft follow-ups or turn meeting notes into a useful handoff.

The setup includes team training so people understand how to use the workspace and check its output. You own the business account and pay provider subscriptions, API usage and any other software separately. Information used by the assistant is processed in the cloud; we agree the documents, access and connections that belong in that workflow.

Ophir Private AI — on your office equipment

For businesses that want direct control over where approved documents are processed, we install a local AI system on your office hardware. The package begins with an onsite sit-down to map your process, then local installation, access configuration, backup setup and team training. We build two agreed workflows and test them with your approved material on the selected equipment.

The model, approved document library and document search run locally in the agreed system. Any cloud connections are scoped explicitly, including what information they receive. Hardware is supplied separately, and we confirm its suitability for the intended workload before installation. Local processing is one part of the setup; device access, backups, maintenance and external integrations also affect how information is handled.

Configured around the work you repeat

Both options start with a clear job for the assistant. Help staff find a procedure, prepare a document summary with source references or organize information for a consultation. We configure approved documents, instructions, templates and workflows around that job. Custom model training is a separate project if the task calls for it.

AI can produce incomplete or incorrect output. Your team learns how to check the underlying sources, review drafts and approve important actions before a message is sent or a record is changed. If you also need customer records, pipeline stages, appointment reminders or intake tracking, we can scope a connection with your CRM.

Support after the setup

Ongoing support is available for either option. The agreed plan can cover routine maintenance, health checks, troubleshooting and small adjustments to the installed system. We define the support scope and response arrangements before work begins so your team knows how to get help.

New workflows, major integrations and additional onsite visits are scoped separately. AI, CRM and custom software work is agreed separately from marketing and website projects. We make the included work, third-party services and hardware requirements clear in your proposal.

Useful answers

A few things
to know.

Which AI option fits our business?

Business AI provides a workspace in your own business account and uses cloud processing. Private AI runs on your office equipment for the agreed document processing. We look at your tasks, information, hardware and existing tools before recommending an approach.

Can a local system connect to our CRM or live records?

Yes, where the tools and permissions support it, as a separately agreed integration. An offline assistant only knows the information available locally. Live external records require a connection, and we specify which data it receives or sends. A cloud connection is outside the local processing boundary.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Bring a description of one repeated task, the tools involved and examples of the documents it relies on. Start with a description of sensitive material so we can discuss sources and access before you share it.
